ebay or seller will not reimburse me
I do not understand and hope someone on this board can give me information on how to proceed. The issue was item arrived wet dirty and damage I refused to accept it from the mailman. Now the seller and me were waiting for him to get it back, it took longer than 30 days ebay sided with the seller even thou I talked to a rep before the 30 days ended which she said okay.
I have been given nothing but a hard time and run around from ebay and seller. So I talked to the postmaster and he was going to talk to the seller which he did the seller told me he would not file a claim. I believe it was because ebay and seller only insured item for 50.00. The item cost 1488.00, and now I am out the item and the seller and ebay kept my money. Hopefully someone smarter than me can give me a direction to get my money back. I live in California and the seller lives in Las Vegas.
