eBay only displaying 4 pictures per listing on desktop
Summary: alprimus_3183 initiated a discussion about an issue where eBay is only displaying four pictures per listing on the desktop interface. inceptions joined the conversation to discuss the same problem. They exchanged messages trying to figure out potential causes or solutions for this limitation on image display, but no clear solution was reached in the discussion.
Hello!
So I have several listings on my sellers page that have multiple pictures but customers have messaged me saying that every listing only shows 4 pictures on desktop mode. All pictures follow eBay’s policy and on mobile all pictures display correctly. This is an issue as not every customer wants to shop eBay with their phone so when they see my listings, they rightfully assume a majority of my listings are deceiving and not legitimate. Is there any sure fire way to fix this so that both my PC and Mobile customers can view the same listings equally? Thanks!

Mentor4 months agoHi @alprimus_3183
The search results page only shows up to four photos. Potential buyers need to open the listing to see all the photos you've attached.

No, it's nothing you are doing wrong. Just advise the buyer to click on the item and look at the listing for all the photos.
