eBay only charged the buyer the selling price for an item
eBay only charged the price of the item. I listed that shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. I can’t get any help through automated. Should I refund the money and repost? Having the buyer make an offer?

·2 years agoI see that your listings include a shipping cost, so it looks like you are listing correctly. I don't know how a bidder could have completed a sale without shipping. How many listings were affected?

OP2 years agoIt turns out that somehow the bid never went through. I found out from the buyer that they tried only to pay half if the shipping because they did not want to pay full price. eBay rejected the offer because I had it set up as buyer pays shipping and listed correctly. The buyer didn’t understand the process and wanted the item, so I re listed and they bought the item at the correct price and shipping. Issue resolved. Thank you.
