i don't understand ebay role !!! why ebay remove my negative feedback of my seller !!!! he sent me second hand and defect item i bought new item , his item is not working , if you check my mails than you will see ,he told me change the feedback than he will full refund me , he know what defect item sent to me , now i need he refund me
