    Ebay now offering on Facebook???
                     

    Do I understand correctly that ebay items listed for sale are now available for Facebook listings at no extra cost and Facebook directs the customer to ebay to complete.  I just saw on FB where I live in Williamson NY  a vintage post card of a Williamson view but the description was very confusing with a long info click to get to see the item.  My question is the seller was in US but it appeared on my Facebook because I am in Williamson NY the scene of the vintage post card. 
     SO how can I as a seller check where my collectible items such as stamps, sheet music, books get listed on facebook?

    Hi @ed1737 

     

    eBay selects listings to show on Facebook Marketplace, Sellers have no control over whether or not their listings are selected.  It is basically a test and eBay conducts them on a regular basis.  I am sure they will be testing listings in many categories and collecting data to see how effective the market strategy is.

     

    If it is successful then my guess is that they will offer it as a fee based promotion for Sellers ...

    A seller has to list their items on Facebook themselves.
