A buyer purchased a turbo kit and lives in Mexico.
I shipped three items to a PO Box (similar to a UPS Store) in California, where the buyer arranged for them to be received and forwarded to Mexico. The PO Box location signed for all three items, confirming delivery.
But guess what? The buyer in Mexico claims he only received two of the three items.
First, he opens a case for "non-receipt of goods." I provided proof, and I won the case.
Then, somehow, he's allowed to file a return request under the "item not as described" category—something I think eBay shouldn’t have allowed in this situation.
Now, he’s returning only two of the items, but not the turbo itself, which is the most valuable part of the kit.
There used to be a process on eBay where you could claim, "I didn’t get everything back," and you had to attest to it. Does anyone remember that, or know if it still exists?
The links and help section on eBay are just terrible—they're no help at all!

OP1 year agothis was the kit 125144019626 and he had them sign for everything and the UPS store says " sometimes ups delivers to other places " .
