Ebay now holding Payments until Confirmed delivery BUT they have LTL Freight Tracking issues HELP!
Any Professional help on this topic? I ship alot of small engines that go LTL truck freight. Ebays system Does not always Track properly. SO now how do we get our funds? I had them call me, they say " oh if the customer leaves you feedback that counts as Receiving package. Well How the hell do we get buyers to leave feedback?

Mentor1 year agoWithout tracking showing delivery it may take a bit longer, but you should still get your funds eventually unless the buyer starts a case. Feedback is not required.

OP1 year agoEbay says I MUST HAVE FEEDBACK for these LTL Shipments that they cant seem to get the tracking to work properly. I agree w you I call **bleep** on Ebay
