EBAY NOW HAS WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR ME. How to CHANGE BACK my shipping address?
04/18/24, 2:14 AM EDT Ebay has the wrong shipping address for me, which I cannot change on their order/invoice form. I had to -cancel- the order, then use that form to complete a box like this one to flag Ebay's attention to ask them to use my CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS for an order I have just placed. I then sent an email message to Ebay at Ebay@ebay.com, but don't know if/when they will receive it.
I also don't know if they will make the address change or respond (if at all) prior to the end of this sale, which will occur in a few hours, according to Ebay.
Q: HOW TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS NOW AND FOR FUTURE ORDERS WHEN PLACING THEM ONLINE?

Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

Mentor2 years agoThat is a very good point.
Sometimes computer programs act a little funny when changing info. IDK why, I just know I've see it far too many times.
Whenever I'm changing something in my site preferences or on my MP account, I clear the field completely first and then put in the new, updated info.
What @comics-scifi-collectibles is suggesting is a GREAT addition to this habit I have. It makes good sense.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to check your Site preferences. Ebay got that address from somewhere. So look closely as there are a few places you have to enter addresses for various reasons. Make sure you check all your addresses to make sure they are as you need them to be.
Go to your Site Preferences
Then to you Personal Information
And finally Addresses. You will see the pic I inserted above.
