eBay notification failure
I made an offer on an item, never received a message stating the buyer accepted the offer or that my credit card was charged. After two days and no response/message and the item listing was closed, I purchased a different option. 2.5 days later, I received a message from the seller saying the item shipped and my credit card was charged.
