eBay not stable today. Anyone have problems?
I can hardly get anything done with eBay this morning. In the seller's hub I try to add a sales discount and the dialogue comes up and immediately disappears. I get an error message and the suggestion to try again later. It's happened multiple times throughout the day. And, eBay is extremely slow loading today, which is strange since none of my other normal websites are slow.

OP6 months agoYeah, I've disabled all content blockers and ad blockers and not using Mac's Private Relay. eBay's platform should be stable for Safari. Like I said, no other sites that I use daily had this problem today. Seems like everyday is something a little different with eBay.

Mentor6 months agoAre you using the latest version of Safari? That might make a difference, if you are currently using a very old version.
It might be worth trying another browser as a test to see if that matters.

OP6 months agoYes, I'm a very long time computer user and understand keeping current is necessary to be able to take advantage of websites. Also, a long time user of MacOS and Safari is current.
Even this morning, the sellers hub is activing squirrelly with the "Add or review discounts" options box not staying visable long enough to get anything done. Admittely the problems I have with eBay have generally been tools that bring an options box of some kind. It used to be that the "send offers" box would not stay visable long enough to do anything.
I have nothing enabled for eBay that would interfere with it's operation and I only have these kind of problems with eBay. That tells me that the issue is probably on eBay's end.
Thanks for the suggestion. It helps me to eliminate things that might cause the problem one by one.
