    Ebay not showing return shipping
                     

    item returned on 1/29 and sent by seller provided label  eBay sent email that it wasn’t shipped yet. Seller already received. Not getting any help from automated system.

    Did you have the clerk at the carrier SCAN the return shipping label when you dropped it off?  I can't imagine the package going through several hubs and not getting scanned somewhere along the way.
