eBay not responding to counterfeit item compliant
I have contacted eBay three separate times to discuss recourse options on an expensive counterfeit item that was sold to me by a seller in China who is unwilling to take accountability. Any advice for filing a formal complaint against eBay in failing to honor their counterfeit item policy? Thanks, Emily
