eBay not responding
eBay is not responding when entering the order number on an item I bought and has a stain. I only received a message indicating that they can not locate the order??

Mentor1 year agoDid you order the item as a guest? If you did then these purchases are totally separate from any purchase made on your eBay account. You would need to find the confirmation email you received when you purchased the item and then use the special log in instructions to log in and file any cases or requests.
