eBay not refunding money
eBay took my money. Seller got a pre shipment number then discovered product was not available. Seller told eBay and me that product was never shipped. Tracking shows it was never shipped. Meanwhile seller did not get the money because the don’t get paid until the product is delivered. So eBay has my money when I ask for a refund they said they said for me to contact the seller. I’ve done that, but seller cannot refund something They never received. eBay is just jerking us around.

If you go to your Purchase History and find this item, you should see an estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund.
If the Seller does not respond on time, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
This Seller is giving you bad information and is blaming eBay. The only way to get your money is to open that refund request on eBay or eBay will not get involved.
Don't let this Seller string you along or convince you to close your refund request.

Mentor1 year agoThe seller needs to cancel for out of stock and refund you. If they don't you will need to wait until after the estimated delivery date to file an item not received refund request.
