ebay not refunding item that was returned
An item purchased on eBay which did not fit the description was returned using the sellers return mailing label and shown to have been delivered back to the seller is not being refunded. Ebay has closed the case despite the fact that the seller sent the return mailing label and have confirmation of delivery. The seller refuses to respond. Am I the only one that has issues with eBay and their lack of refunding legit returns?

·3 years agoIf you used "Did not fit" as your reason for the return eBay will consider that Buyer's Remorse and close the case. What reason did you give? If seller will not refund your money after receiving the item back, you need to call eBay. Good Luck
