Ebay not recognizing JPEG for a return
I need to return an item that was not as pictured. I have pictures of the item and they are jpeg format, yet Ebay says they need to be a jpeg or the list of other formats, which I understand. The photo's are jpeg and I'm not new to adding pictures to different things. Anyone know why this is happening?

Mentor3 years agoTry changing the JPEG to JPG and see if that helps.
