Ebay not paying for a item worth $2875.00
I sold a item on Nov 15th, I told the buyer it would be about 3 weeks late, at that time she agreed. About 3 weeks went by and still no item. She ask for her money back, Dec 13.. On Dec 14th, she not only got her money back but the item arrived also. Ebay put me on a restricted hold. Well, I've been trying to get my money now, for 3 months or more...They took me off restricted hold, I'm still not fully active.. Now they keep saying I'm to late to do anything.. In the United States how can you not get your money owed.. The buyer got her item, Ebay got paid and MarDar07 did not get paid for being a few days late caused by the Manufacturer and a sneaky buyer.. On Dec 14th when the item was delivered in Fl. the buyer did not report the item until about a week later. Her friend sent it from Fl to Uruguay, then, she reported to Ebay she received the item...Aren't there state or Federal laws violated... MarDar07
