EBay not notifying me when item's are sold, messages received etc.
Although I have all the correct boxes check within 'Notificaitons' and my email address is correct, eBay is not sending me any emails about items sold or, for that matter, anything else. After checking to see if my email address was correct and went through the 'verification' process, eBay says their sending an email to my address to confirm, but I never get it. Yes, I've checked my servers spam folder. I've been a member since '99 and have never had this issue. Also, how does one actually find and talk to a live eBay support person? I've tried every page within eBay for help, but none of them offer genuine assistance, only categorized sections, none of which relate to my issue. Very frustrating.
