eBay not longer allows me to increase insurance on shipment sold !!!! Since when????

Question

The information provided is INCORRECT (see attached) - there is no selection for "Addiotnal Options" !!!! Who can I contact to resolve or should I just cancel the transaction and **bleep** off the customer?

It is possible you are on the Basic Shipping Label page if you are not seeing the Additional Options section. Look at the top right of the labels page and see if it says switch to advanced shipping

If so it is a link to get to the advanced page that has the Additional Options section. Since you have already printed the shipping label go to your order and select print another label to open the labels page to check. If you can add additional insurance on a new label, void the old one and then purchase a new one with the insurance you want.

I have never seen the screen you posted in the screenshot in your post. Are you using a mobile device? I'm using a desktop and the option to purchase additional insurance is there.

I did check the two technical boards to see if anyone else posted this issue. I checked the regular IT board and the mobile device board. Just because no one else has posted on this does not mean it isn't happening and it could be a temporary glitch.

I see you sold a very expensive item today so I understand your concern. You could try using a desktop to create your label, or use your the web browser on your mobile device. You could also contact eBay for Business on Facebook (give them time to respond), to find out how to proceed. Best of luck and congrats on the great sale.
