Ebay not letting me say item not recieved
I don’t know what to do, I filed a case with paypal then closed it and now ebay wont let me say I didn’t recieve my item, i paid 920 for a laptop and the seller hasnt responded and its been past the shipment date. help

Mentor5 months agoOnce you opened a case with Paypal, ebay can no longer help you. Always start with ebay first, then Paypal. What you can do now is file a chargeback with your credit card issuer as most will help within 180 days from the transaction.
