Ebay not honoring there policy to refund items not delivered or damaged etc...they lied!!!
not bad 2 out of 3 item for! I'm suppose to eat the third one because ebay Lied about my refund over & over!! What a good reputation!! So much for your word! I guess you pick & choose when YOU decide to give a refund or not, must be nice!!

Mentor2 years agoYOU, the buyer, have to file a Refund Request with the seller for an Item Not Received or for an Item Not as Described. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing DELIVERED, or refund your payment in full. If the seller does neither, you go back to the refund request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. That is how ebay's 30 days Money Back Guarantee works.
