Friends, does anyone know how to get in touch with a human? I made a purchase as a guest that needs to be returned and the website and AI is making it IMPOSSIBLE to process this.

If you open the links below they will explain how to resolve issued when you buy as a guest. The first step is to go to your email account and locate the Order confirmation email you received from ebay. If you trashed it you can get a copy of it.
