eBay not helping on a serious issue.
I have been trying to file a complaint against a seller who slyly pushed the transaction off the platform. Moreover, he did not send what I paid for---almost $300.00 and the form the eBay insists you use won't go through. Everything is automated and my situation doesnt match up with their bot driven customer service. Any ideas how to co0nnect with someone real?
