eBay not helping. Item- tire for $89received back and signed fed ex received June 6 , no refund yet
United tire signed for returned tire june6 fed ex and buyer 2 months has not received $89.20 refund. They said as soon as received would refund but did not,even after I supplied tracking # and fed ex proof they signed for it.
after 2 months and many emails, they sent chargeback processing and said wait 3-5 days to process . on July 25, 8 days after processing ,contacted seller again saying -still not received. They said contact eBay paypal ,which I did and no help .
Today July 29 I recontact seller asking help why not received after waiting 5 days processing , as they said and now said ( they lied) because now say they have not completed refund til resolved.
The only resolve I told them is to make refund,
eBay says since seller said not to use eBay uspo label and send back by fed ex which I did at seller direction, eBay is no support. eBay PayPal no help , they keep saying reviewing and pushing the date ,and seller lied twice ( when received June 6 and July 25) about me refund. Frustrated buyer.
