Ebay not helping customer outside of the USA or Canada
I ordered an ECU from an eBay seller. The seller sent the wrong ECU. I contacted the seller; they said not to worry and that the ECU had a two-year warranty. But the e u not starting the car. I opened a return, but it was closed without the seller providing a return address for me to ship the item back. Not I a stock with the wrong ecu. I am trying to contact ebay but they call us or Canada
