Ebay not helping buyer
I purchased an item in December. The seller says the item was purchased DEc 7,2024 but she did not ship til Jan 3 or 4th of 2025. Item was not as described. It reeks of smoke, cologne and sweatt. No doubt not cleaned prior to shipping. She even put in a dryer sheet in the box with the garment to mask the smell. I have tried to reach out to the seller several times with no response. I've tried to ask ebay for help and no response. I filed a report about the garment not being as described and ebay says she didn't violate any policy. So much for ebay helping and supporting buyers! I can't get a real person from ebay to help me so why do buyers even try? So upsetting.
