ebay not assisting with a return or refund
Hi I purchased a watch from Ebay with an estimate delivery date. I ordered and date changed. I needed for a birthday. Conatacted seller and they dismissed me. Conatacted Ebay and advised them. I opened a return which said it would be valid for 3 days. I closed as I would not receive item by then.
There was no warning I could not re-open.
I contaced Ebay and was advised that once item arrived to contact and they would organise a return refund.
Item arrived and I conatacted Ebay who now says they cannot do anything as the return was closed by me.
Ebay openly promotes money back guarantee.
What can i do?
