eBay not allowing PayPal credit
Anyone know how to get a costumer service phone number to speak to a person about not able to pay with PayPal Credit anymore!

·1 year agoYou should not need to speak to customer service about this, and I suspect they wouldn't be able to assist except perhaps to walk you through the steps. Here's the way I suggest trying to fix this:
Go to your Account Settings, click on Payments, and remove the PayPal account from your list of payment options. This is a direct link to that section of your Account Settings: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/welcome
Then, try your order again, and add the PayPal account again from the checkout page. It should ask you to sign into PayPal and select the funding method you want to use. If PayPal Credit can be used for that transaction, it should show as an option (there are times when it cannot be used).
