EBay not accepting USPS feedback that buyer picked up item
A buyer stated to me that item was shipped to wrong post office but in fact it was not a upon usps inquiry, the local post office sent back confirmation that item in fact was picked up by buyer who stated this did not happen since they basically wanted a free item knowing that ebay uses usps confirmation of delivery. I have screenshot of usps recording to my phone stating the buyer picked up but as mentioned ebay is stating that is not proof. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoClick on the tracking number in your sold transaction to be taken to USPS.COM. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updates to the tracking number. That, hopefully, will update the information in the tracking.
