eBay New Programming Is Questionable At Best

Did the programmers of this new listing application possibly go online and attempt to list something? This new roll-out has to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever witnessed. eBay, we have been with you since 2006 and have a Sterling Customer Approval Rating. Why did you make us, your loyal patrons, the guinea pigs for such a catastrophic re-invent?
Your new system misreads photo data; it is no longer user-friendly, and we timed it … it now takes 4-5 times longer to submit a listing.
Please know that it takes YOUR sellers more than twice the time to undo improper descriptions, which eBay has implemented to “make submissions more automated” than to allow us to enter correctly in the first place.
Please, please, remember that your sellers understand the simplicities of listing. You should consider asking your patrons before implementation. We are certain you assembled review boards before going live, but those review boards have steered you wrong.
Consider taking this down immediately and be cautious before a second “go live.”
