Ebay never sent me an address for the authenticator
I was told that my funds from the purchase are on hold until my card reaches their authenticator, but the address on the shipping label they provided to me is the address to the customer. Its the only one they provided so if the product goes straight to the customer based on the label they literally created for me, do they just hold my funds indefinitely?

Mentor3 weeks ago@aurora_7500 Is the buyer located in another country or a protectorate ( Puerto Rico, etc) ? Did they buy using a PO box?
If yes to either of those then the card does not qualify for authentication.

OP3 weeks agoI don't believe so. Its showing a regular address in California. The name belongs to the buyer so Im a bit confused.

Mentor3 weeks ago@aurora_7500 eBay does have a Authentication center location in Santa Ana California. My advice is to ship to the address that is provided on the sale with an eBay ground advantage shipping label. Until tracking shows delivery to the address provided at checkout you will not get paid. Since you are new your payout will be held at LEAST a few days after tracking shows delivery, but up to 31 days.
