EBay neglected to apply my additional funds for liability insurance On a label that I printed but st
As a seller on eBay I use eBay to purchase by shipping only. On February 19 I purchased a shipping label with additional liability insurance. This was a UPS label. On February 21 my customer received the item damaged. I handled a return and refund it my buyer. When I went to file a claim with UPS they informed me that eBay did not apply the additional money paid for additional liability. I contacted eBay many times regarding this matter. On February 28 eBay refunded me the additional cost for the liability insurance. I'm getting no results from any of the team members of eBay including the higher echelon. I am reaching out to the eBay community for suggestions on what is my next move. EBay refuses to help me in any way shape or form as the summer.
