eBay Motors Secure Purchase Transportation Charge
I purchased vehicle shipping through eBay Secure Purchase. I paid for a closed carrier, but due to logistic issues I accepted an open carrier. I am trying to get reimbursed for the difference in cost. The transport agent says this is Caramel Delivery Services' issue, but Caramel has not been forthcoming with assistance. How do I make eBay Secure Purchase aware of this problem? I cannot find a customer service email or phone number.
