Ebay motors purchases clarification

Question

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience as far as purchasing vehicles on here. Received an invoice for a small RV but I'm curious as far as if it was a scam and if anyone else can confirm that what steps they had to take for payment. States to purchase ebay loadable cards and to take a picture of the cards, which I kinda feel is red flaggish, secondly it's a small RV being shipped from over 450 miles away but no shipping cost......also red flaggish. If anyone could assist me with their input i would greatly appreciate it community. Thank you to anyone that comments ðŸ¥°

SCAM--report it to whatever site you found it on, because that is not how eBay works.

This is not a vehicle that is listed on eBay, is it?

No buyer protection when you pay with 'loadable cards'. No problem?
