eBay Motors powered by Caramel - Cluster
I bought a vintage vehicle on eBay Motors powered by Caramel. The vehicle was out of state and was shipped to me. My issue, the seller did not disclose critical defects. In fact, what was represented as a restored vehicle where everything works, is not true.
I thought I was covered right? No, the vehicle is over 10 years old so with that I guess my protections are out the window.
What is worse is that Caramel released all the funds to the seller before I could see the vehicle in person. The vehicle was shipped me to. The day it was loaded off the truck I discovered the issues.
Do I have any recourse with eBay, Caramel, or do I have to get a lawyer.
