Ebay moneyback guarantee is **bleep**. I only order something 1/yr or so, but this is the 1st time I've tried to get a refund. I provided my details and details of the order numerous times and, met with something wrong or another link to another link to another link every time. There weren't any issues in my connecting and they're collecting payment for the item.

If the transaction appears in your Purchase History you should be able to start a claim if an item is not received or is not as described within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date.

If the transaction does not appear in your Purchase History, is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
