Got a item that wasn't at all as described and more damage than described,seller hasn't replied in 6 days and ebay says to wait till Nov 30 which is close to a week.then what to I do

@tkmjds The seller has 3 FULL business days to either refund or supply a return shipping label.

If they don't then you ask eBay to step in and help. eBay will force the seller to issue a refund. The seller will get a DEFECT on their account for not taking care of their customer and they will not get their sellers fees back.

How to ask us to step in

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm
