Chinese sellers sold me a defective Volvo Vida dice July 03 2923. And though he agreed on return refund but says he cannot send paid return shipping label. eBay writes me it's his responsibility to do so as stated in eBay policies. But then eBay when it stepped in to decide it decided nothing but to work out with seller...it's been nearly 100 messages with seller and 10 to 20 messages with eBay. How can eBay not honor its own policies? Why eBay is accessory to fraudsters and incriminating itself. It's not the first time but twice in 6 months .
Seller was given a choice to replace or refund with a paid shipping label but he keeps pasting same message and very stupid message saying, is it working good is the damage doing anything that it don't work? All after he agreed to refund and send paid shipping label. And now he is asking me for my PayPal email and eBay just sitting playing along as some stupid blind cow ! I am not giving out my PayPal details to a proven fraudster. Why not follow the policies and send the paid label? eBay has really gone down the drain. No fax number no phone call number to catch them.
