I bought an item that the seller does not take returns. Total for item, shipping, and taxes was $455.82. Received item in unopened box. It is a dehumidifier. The fan runs but does not take moisture out of the air. I've contacted maker, APTOOK, by phone, email, and "chat". No response. I've contacted Ebay. They said they will get back with me. Any help?
