ebay money back guarantee

Question

Finding an Item marked as New selling for $700 when retail is $3200. Seller has one Feedback (positive), and Seller does not accept returns. Pictures of Item are stock photos.

Does ebay money back guarantee apply even for suspicious items?

Thanks for your reply DisneyShopper! So, if it's not as advertised, I get my funds returned, and ebay loses the money. So how does ebay protect itself from bad sellers? Thanks again.

ebay's Money Back Guarantee applies if you do not receive your item within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, or if the item is Not as Described. The MBG trumps the seller's no return policy if you state the item is Not as Described, but you must file the Returns Request within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
