eBay Money Back Guarantee
I did everything right. The seller delivered to the wrong address and I never received the items. eBay has claimed it was delivered. I contacted the seller and customer service and they still claim it was delivered.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee is usless, I will not buy from eBay again and will go to other online sites that can give some basic protection from such stupidity. Do not buy from eBay again.
eBay Money Back Guarantee applies when:
As a buyer, for your transaction to be eligible for eBay Money Back Guarantee:
- You must complete and pay for your purchase on eBay.com using an eligible payment method at checkout;
- You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;
- The item may not be an excluded item or subject to any additional exclusions; and
- You may not seek resolution for the same issue by another resolution method
As a seller, for transactions where eBay Money Back Guarantee applies:
- You are responsible for delivering the item that was described in the listing, honoring your stated return policy, and providing a resolution when a buyer reports a problem with an order

Mentor1 year agoIs the SEND TO address you supplied to ebay, and therefore to the seller, correct?
The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package.

·1 year agoThe seller is required to ship to the address you provided when you paid. If the seller shipped to that address, neither the seller nor eBay are responsible for the problem.
If your situation is different from that, please provide more details.
