eBay Money Back Guarantee

Question

I'm looking to buy an item. However, the seller states no refunds. But then also states that my purchase "maybe" eligible for eBay Money Back Guarantee... Maybe? either it is or it isn't .. I need to know what this means before I order. What items if any are not covered under eBay's Money Back Guarantee??

@hope4today9 The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrides the sellers no returns policy which is buyers remorse returns only... doesn't fit, changed mind , etc.

This is the full eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, there are very few exclusions>

If you see the MBG on the listing then that item would be covered provided you follow the 30 day time limits for filing a refund request and do not do anything to void the coverage, you can see those exclusions on the help page.
