Ebay Money back Garante not Real
Hi I'm an Ebay Customer for a few years now, I give alot of though to post my Story and very desapointed by Ebay,
I Never had a problem or Issue actually Im a 100% Buyer untill I make the Worst Desicion to buy a old Clasic Car witch it was posted by a Seller on Ebay that posted a Small Description of the Car.,
making you think that the Car was Fine and had only a Small electrical problem posted and described by Seller.,
Well the Car turned out to be a
Compleat junk Nothing that the Seller described totoly Scam Car was a 1971 Datsun "510" the Seller took off the Engine after it was posted and not only that it actually took him two months to give me a pick up location....
I been looking for a Simillar Car for a some time and I though buying through Ebay It should be Safe if anything goes Wrong Eby money back Garantie shoul be able to Cover if any Issues ....
Well I was Compleately Wrong I never Imagine that at the end I end up loosing $4,000.00 dlls between The Seller and Ebay, I Contacted Ebay Accounting Department a few times and Everytime the I calked Agents say something diferent at Firs they said Ebay will Cover the Diference of the Refund as the Seller Only Refund me Part of the Total Purchase, waited for weeks for the Refund, waited a long time an till an Accounting Department Agent send me a Message saying that Ebay Make a Final decition to just close the Case that Ebay was not able to refund the Diference,
I End up loosing 4k just like that ...
And there was Nothing alse they can do,
My Question is .....!!!!
Do Anybody from Ebay Cares??
