ebay mobile app not working
When you try to display an item it only shows the description and seller info. The price and buy button is not shown as if the top part of the listing is missing. Tried un-installing and re-installing the app. Same results.

Mentor1 year agoWhat operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?
Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?

OP1 year agoebay version: 6.49.0.3 This is what it installs. I've tried several times.
Android version 7.1.2
Software version 5.572vz
When viewing an item the price and bid buttons are not displayed. Like the top of the listing is missing.

Mentor1 year agoI do not think Android 7 supports the latest version of the eBay app.
Not sure if this applies to US users, but according to a post on the UK community boards, the latest version of the eBay app requires Android 10 or later, or iOS 17 or later.

If you cannot upgrade your operating system or find an older version of the app that works with your current operating system, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.
If eBay browser links are opening in the Android version of the app automatically, you can disable that by going to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Opens supported links and choosing "Don't open in the app". iOS users can tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app".
