ebay messaging down ??
I'm getting a "It’s not you. It’s us.Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon" error message when trying to contact a seller.

Mentor2 years agoAre you trying to send messages on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk?
I was just able to send a message successfully to another account on ebay.com, so messaging is not down on ebay.com at the moment.
Try a different page or link to send your message. If you are trying to send a message through one of the seller's listings, try going to the seller's feedback or profile page instead to use the contact link there.
If you are replying to a message from an email, make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account. Try finding the message in your eBay account message inbox and replying there.
Try another browser or another device. Try sending a message via the eBay app.
