What happens when you try to send a message to a user?

OP1 year agoA screen comes up but does not allow for writing. Had to talk to ebay and all of a sudden it is working but been without it for at least 6 months. Thanks for your concern.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History or on a user's profile page to send a message to a user.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.

OP1 year agoIt did not work that way in the past 6 months but does now after talking to ebay.
