eBay members threatening retaliation on FB
It's come to my attention that members of a FB group dedicated to collecting a certain toy are plotting to make bad faith purchases and returns of my items as retaliation for cancellation of two orders. I am not a member of this FB group, but eBay members who are members of that FB group reached out to me through eBay messaging, and provided screenshots of the conversation from the FB group. The leader of the FB group has posted a link on the conversation thread in FB to my eBay account several times, stating it would be a shame if I suddenly got flooded with no pay sales and bad returns. I reached out to eBay customer service. The first time the woman couldn't put her child down long enough to actually help me, and disconnected. She did mention that I should get an email from ebay that would allow me to attach screenshots as evidence. But we never finished our conversation. The second customer service person was less than helpful. I was not satisfied with his responses, and ask to speak to a supervisor multiple times but he refused. When you have a group of people that are plotting to screw with your sales who do you contact? I'm trying to get ahead of this issue so I don't have to deal with it as much in the future. I have names and eBay IDs for the people involved, just need to know who to get it to. And the leader of this FB group has also made direct threats to me through eBay messaging, but both customer service reps claim they couldn't get access to them.

As a start, add those userIDs to your Blocked Buyer List so they will not be able to purchase any of your items.
Try contacting eBay via social media. The folks that respond there have more authority and autonomy than the customer service reps that you can reach over the phone.
