ebay member ask me to rescind a negative review but I have no record of that
Ebay member says they bought a necklace from me and that I left a negative review for a ring under their name. I have no record of either. I did leave a negative review for another buyer for a ring. How could that have shown up under their name when I left the review under the selling page for the ring in question?

·2 years ago@glenrydell Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers, only positive. If you left a positive feedback with negative wording for a buyer, then the buyer could report you for violating eBay policy.
A positive feedback you've left for the buyer cannot be rescinded.
It may be the buyer has more than one ID, and has accidentally messaged you while logged on to the other ID.
