Ebay marking shipped and delivered items as not in stock; defect. Items where returned and refunded.
We have 6 items showing up on the defect list that are showing shipped but not delivered. I have tracking information that I provided to ebay showing items delived on time. These items where sent back to us and refunded as buyer returns. Ebay not reversing defect. We don't understand why. Defect shows "not in Stock" These item where not 'out of stock'. Any ideas? It now shows us moving from top rated plus to above standard. Ouch.
