eBay made a wrongful decision on a case
I had a hi value sale that was international, eBay also charged the buyer with the their country’s TAX, VAT, and shipping at time of purchase!
I the seller download all the shipping labels from eBay attach them to the package filled out the necessary customs forms and took the package to USPS within 48 hours I then checked the website every every few hours for the tracking info, the moment that was available, uploaded it, and made available on the eBay website that was within 24 hours of dropping package off at USPS many weeks later I receive a message from the buyer that he is being asked to pay the taxes again before they were released to him and he was asking me to refund that money. I ignored it, thinking that he would end up contacting eBay as it was their **bleep** up, they charged the buyer that money so as that was completely out of my hands, and eBay, makes it person impossible to contact them. I think it once he contacted them they would realize that they were at fault and they would have to refundlllkoiii
